When your heart is hurting and you continue to sabotage any attempt for joy to enter in to heal it, you have been traumatized. My services are structured to provide a safe and quiet space for individuals to explore the arts, quiet the mind and remove negative mental blocks brought on by trauma. Using a combination of the arts, meditation, and movement you can rediscover your perfect self…who you were before trauma changed you. You are worth it.
